This Service Agreement outlines the terms and expectations for all services provided by Precision Resume Studio. Our goal is to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

Precision Resume Studio — Service Agreement

By purchasing any service from Precision Resume Studio (PRS), the client agrees to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure a consistent, fair, and professional experience for all clients.


1. Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins. PRS does not release drafts or final documents until payment has been received. This ensures your project is scheduled and prioritized.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Work history and dates of employment
  • Education and certifications
  • Relevant accomplishments or achievements
  • Job goals or target roles

PRS is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after receiving all required information. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

4. Revisions

Clients may request up to two rounds of revisions within 7 days of receiving the first draft. Revisions are intended to refine and polish the document, not rewrite it entirely.

5. Refund Policy

Because resume writing is a time‑based professional service, all sales are final once work has begun. PRS does not offer refunds after drafting has started.

6. Confidentiality

PRS keeps all client information private and does not share, sell, or distribute any personal or professional data.

7. Final Deliverables

You will receive:

  • A polished PDF version of your resume
  • An editable Word (.docx) version
  • Any additional purchased documents (cover letter, LinkedIn rewrite, etc.)

8. Liability

PRS does not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes. We provide professionally written documents designed to improve your presentation to employers.
